AI Prompt Engineer

We are seeking a passionate, talented, and creative AI Prompt Engineer, responsible for developing and optimizing natural language generation models using OpenAI's GPT architecture or similar prompt-based AI tools. Our ideal candidate will build a variety of applications to add to our platform that we provide to the rental housing industry. You will team up with product owners, back-end developers, and UI / UX designers to jointly create fully functioning features that seamlessly integrate with our systems. You must have at least 2 years of experience in developing AI-powered solutions that generate high-quality, coherent, and contextually relevant text prompts for different use cases.

Responsibilities

• Developing and optimizing natural language generation programs.
• Create AI tools to generate text and images based on specified criteria.
• Processing large datasets of text and images to train and fine-tune models.
• Evaluating and analyzing model performance using appropriate metrics.
• Collaborating with engineers and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Staying current with advancements in natural language processing and machine learning.
• Explore and apply new techniques to enhance model performance and capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of text and image AI modeling.
• Experience in OpenAI GPT prompt creation and testing.
• Proficient in contextually relevant text prompts for different use cases.

• Experience with Agile / Scrum Methods and sprint board burndowns.
• Ability to build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Willingness to take initiative and follow through on projects.
• Readiness to collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
