AI Specialist

We are seeking a forward-thinking, innovative, and technically skilled AI Specialist responsible for designing, developing, and implementing intelligent solutions that enhance our platform within the multifamily housing industry. This role focuses on leveraging artificial intelligence to automate processes, improve user experiences, and drive operational efficiency. You should have strong experience in machine learning, data modeling, and AI-driven application development. In addition, you should be comfortable working with APIs, cloud-based AI services, and modern development frameworks. You must have at least 5 years of experience building and deploying AI-powered solutions in a production environment to qualify.

Responsibilites

• Design and develop AI-driven features to enhance platform capabilities and user experience.
• Build, train, and optimize machine learning models for real-world applications.
• Integrate AI services and APIs into existing systems and workflows.
• Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for automation.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to implement AI solutions.
• Continuously improve model performance through testing, validation, and iteration.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry advancements.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with machine learning frameworks and AI technologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as .NET, C#, or similar.
• Familiarity with data processing, model training, and deployment pipelines.
• Experience working with cloud platforms and AI services (Azure or similar).
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical, scalable solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive actionable insights.
• Willingness to take initiative and drive innovation across projects and teams.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
